Cabbage And Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 medium cabbage
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions until it loses its redness.
    When beef is brown, stir in raw rice.
    While beef is cooking, cut cabbage. Place cabbage in greased casserole dish.
    Layer beef over cabbage. Mix soup, water, sugar, and vinegar and pour over layers.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
