Vegetable Supper Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon gelatin
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. grated carrots
1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water in saucepan; stir in vinegar and salt.
Cool; pour into medium bowl.
Fold in vegetables.
Chill until firm.
