Tortoni (Frozen Cream Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Eagle Brand milk
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1/4 tsp. rum flavoring
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. coconut macaroons, crumbled
    3/4 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
    2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine all ingredients except whipped cream. Mix well.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Fill 2-1/2 inches in foil cups. Cover and freeze 6 hours until firm.
    Garnish with almonds, cherries and coconut.
    Keeps well in freezer several days.
    Serve frozen.
