Malcolm'S Steak Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
1/2 small bottle Kitchen Bouquet
1/2 bottle Gravy Master
1 Tbsp. plain meat tenderizer
1 Tbsp. Beau Monde seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients.
Fork-pierce meat and pour mixture over it.
Best if marinated overnight.
Do not use leftover marinade.
This can also be used for London broils.
