Pig Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Duncan Hines butter cake mix
4 eggs
1 large instant vanilla pudding
9 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. oil
1 stick margarine
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 large can pineapple, crushed
1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix cake mix, oil, margarine, eggs and mandarin oranges.
Bake in 3 layers at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Mix and let set the large instant vanilla pudding and crushed pineapple.
When cake is cool, mix pineapple and pudding.
Add Cool Whip, powdered sugar and coconut.
Mix all together.
Spread between cake layers and on top and sides.
Keep refrigerated.
It should be made a day or two before you serve it.
