Hot Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 to 1 c. milk
salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour small amounts on a hot griddle.
Serves about 5.
