Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 small onion, finely chopped
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, quartered
    1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain well. Saute onion in butter.
    Mix remaining ingredients and fold in spinach and onion, including butter.
    Bake in covered casserole at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
