Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 medium potatoes
    1/2 stick butter
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    dash of salt
    little bit grated onion or chives
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with their skins on.
    Peel potatoes and grate. Melt butter and cheese over low heat; add sour cream, salt and either grated onion or grated chives.
    Fold into potatoes.
    Cook in 2-quart buttered casserole dish at 350\u00b0 until heated.
