Potato Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 12 potatoes, cubed and partially cooked*
    1 c. salad dressing
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 to 4 slices bacon, cut in pieces or Bac*Os
    1 lb. cheese (Velveeta), cubed
Preparation
    Mix all together in 9 x 13-inch pan; sprinkle bacon on top. Bake 1 hour in 325\u00b0 oven.
    Mix in cubes of leftover ham and makes a main dish.
    Very tasty.
