Mexican Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. whole milk
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or Colby
    1/4 c. hot pepper rings
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    In a deep casserole, layer approximately 1 1/2 cups of mixture, then 1/4 cup cheese, followed by a thin layer of hot pepper.
    Continue to layer until all ingredients are used.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until browned and bubbly.
