Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beat until light and fluffy
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add Crisco oil and sugar; mix well.
    Add grated zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix together.
    Add flour, salt, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts.
    Pour into greased pan (3 medium loaf pans).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
