A Jem Of A Carrot Cake(A Triple 9-Inch Layer Or 9 X 13 Sheet Cake.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. grated raw carrots
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil, carrots and pineapple. Stir in flour and nuts. Spread evenly in desired style pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes for layers. For sheet cake, bake for about 45 to 50 minutes. Cool in pans 10 to 15 minutes, then gently turn out onto wire rack and allow to cool completely before frosting.
