Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans black-eyed peas
    1 can black-eyed peas with jalapeno peppers
    1 1/2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 can tomatoes and okra
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    Eckrich sausage
Preparation
    Cook in crock-pot on high at least 4 hours.
