Yellow Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipping cream
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
    1 small onion
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Steam squash until tender; smash with fork and drain off excess water.
    Combine grated cheese, onion and egg.
    Mix. Add whipping cream; stir to mix all ingredients together.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 in uncovered greased casserole dish for 45 minutes.
