Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 stick oleo
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cook potatoes in enough water to cover, until tender.
(Add salt to water.)
Drain, mash potatoes.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased casserole dish and top with topping.
