Sausage And Potato Stuffing(For Turkey) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf sliced white bread, lightly toasted
1 lb. roll pork sausage
2 medium onions, diced
1 c. celery, diced
2 c. (about 4 medium) mashed potatoes
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation

Crumble toasted bread between fingers.
Saute sausage and set aside.
Saute onions and celery in the sausage fat.
In a large bowl, combine bread, mashed potatoes, sausage, onions and celery and slightly beaten eggs.
Add poultry seasoning and salt to taste.
Mix well; stuff turkey.
Stuffing will expand slightly while turkey is roasting.
