Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
2 carrots
6 celery stalks
1 small onion
2 qt. water
6 Tbsp. butter or oleo
6 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
In large kettle, cook diced potatoes, carrots and celery until tender (about 20 minutes).
Drain and reserve liquid.
