Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
Preparation

In a boiler, combine sugar, flour and cocoa.
Add 3 egg yolks and mix well by hand.
Slowly add milk. Cook on medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 tablespoon oleo. Beat well with electric mixer.
Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue if desired.
