Pankuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix ingredients thoroughly.
    Pour like pancake batter onto hot griddle.
    Makes 2 to 3 pankuchen.
    Serve warm with cranberry sauce or applesauce with cinnamon.
    Works best if recipe is not doubled.
