Microwave Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    5 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. cubed raisin bread (16 slices approximately - may substitute 6 muffins)
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine
    milk
    and
    butter
    in a 1 quart glass measure. Microwave
    on
    Medium for 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes until milk is scalded.
    Quickly stir in eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Meanwhile, arrange
    bread
    cubes
    in
    a
    2
    quart ring mold or Bundt pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Pour milk and egg mixture over bread. Cook,
    covered,
    with
    plastic
    wrap
    at
    Medium
    for 16 to 18 minutes or until pudding is set.
    Serve warm or chilled.
