Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. onion (optional)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients and put in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.
    Top with melted margarine and crushed cornflakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 12.
