Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 32 oz. pkg frozen hash browns
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup or cream of chicken
    3 Tbsp chopped onion
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Partially thaw hash browns. Mix all ingredients together. Put in a large bowl so it is easy to mix. Spread
    in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with crushed
    potato chips or saltine crackers or corn flakes.
    Bake
    350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
