Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. shredded, unpeeled zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients.
Add the zucchini, nuts and raisins.
Beat together in another bowl the eggs and salad oil. Pour this into the flour mixture and blend well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes in greased loaf pans.
Makes 2 loaves.
