Alabama Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. warm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 cake yeast
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and sugar in water, then add other ingredients. Mix and roll out and cut biscuits.
    Dip each in melted butter. Place one on top of the other to form top and bottom in greased pan.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
