Snowball Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. plain gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 medium size angel food cake
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1/2 pt. whipping cream
3/4 c. coconut
Preparation

Rub crust off cake; break into small pieces and set aside. Soften gelatin in cold water.
Add boiling water and sugar; mix well.
Add juices and cool until like jelly.
Whip Dream Whip as directed.
Fold into gelatin mixture.
Oil bottom and sides of round mixing bowl (like crock).
Alternate gelatin and cake.
Begin and end with gelatin mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
Turn out into cake plate.
Whip the cream and ice cake.
Cover with coconut.
