Micro Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 envelope onion-mushroom soup
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs or rolled oats
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix beef, milk, soup mix, egg, crumbs, salt, pepper and 3 tablespoons ketchup.
    Form in shallow microwave-safe loaf pan. Mix the brown sugar, 3 tablespoons ketchup and mustard.
    Spread over meat.
    Microwave 12 to 14 minutes, rotating once.
    Remove from oven.
    Cover with wax paper; let stand 10 minutes.
