Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
3 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. Crisco
1 egg
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Beat egg.
Add vinegar and enough water to equal one cup. Mix flour, salt and shortening until it looks like meal (fine crumbs). Add liquids to flour and mix well. Separate into 6 balls and place into ziploc bags and freeze.
Ready to roll out and bake.
