Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli; drain. Saute onion in butter until soft but not brown. Stir in rice, soup and broccoli. Stir in a little cheese, if desired. Butter shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Place ingredients in prepared dish. Top with 1/2 cup of grated cheese. Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until slightly browned or bubbly.
