Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cut-up fresh rhubarb
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 1/3 to 2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. butter
    light cream or whipped cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place rhubarb in ungreased baking dish, 13 x 9 x 1 1/2-inch.
    Sprinkle with salt, if desired.
    Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon in large bowl.
    Cut butter into mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
    Sprinkle over rhubarb.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
    Serve warm with light or whipped cream.
    Serves 6.
