Homemade Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 lb. sausage meat or ground turkey
    1 large onion
    1 can sliced carrots
    1 can sliced tomatoes
    1 can midget butter beans
    1 can Niblets whole corn
    1 can LeSueur garden peas
    1 can cut okra
    1 can potatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix ground chuck and other meat of your choice together.
    Cut large onion into small pieces.
    Boil these ingredients in big boiler; add salt and pepper to season.
    Pour off first water to remove some grease.
    Add water back to boiler.
    Add all other vegetables and tomato sauce.
    Season again with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Cook all this together for 1 hour on medium heat. Serves 6; if any leftover, freeze and serve at a later date.
