Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Mix in egg and flavorings. Measure flour; blend in dry ingredients.
    Refrigerate dough 2 to 3 hours until chilled.
    Roll dough to about 3/16-inch thick.
    Cut into shapes with cookie cutter that has been dipped in flour. Sprinkle with sugar.
    Place on greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes.
