Spinach Pandango(8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. mushrooms
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. spinach (frozen)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown hamburger; drain grease.
    Add mushrooms, salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add spinach. Simmer until spinach is thawed.
    Drain the juice.
    Add mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic and oregano.
    Put mixture into a lightly buttered baking dish.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
