Homemade Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. unsifted flour
    6 eggs
    1 Tbsp. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and knead well. Let set for about 15 minutes and re-knead well. Let set just a few minutes and roll out (thick or thin depending on your preference) in just enough flour so that it doesn't stick to the table. Place on a clean sheet in a cool place. Let rolled out dough dry just enough until you can still roll it into a roll. Slice to desired thickness. Place in plastic bags. Can be kept frozen for up to 6
    months.
