Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. thyme leaves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine yogurt, paprika, thyme, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Mix well.
    Coat chicken with mixture. Chicken may be covered and refrigerated overnight or until baking or bake immediately. Spray shallow roasting pan or jelly roll pan with vegetable spray.
    Combine bread crumbs and margarine in shallow dish, mixing well.
    Coat chicken in crumbs.
    Place in pan. Bake breasts for 25 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
    Contains 5.3 grams of fat.
