Ingredients

1 pkg. croissant rolls
2 lb. sausage
1 pkg. Mr. Dells hash browns, shredded and thawed
6 eggs
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain. Take the croissants and pat them out on a cookie sheet (no sides).
Make them solid. Spread sausage on top and put hash browns on top of sausage. Then take beaten eggs and pour over sausage and hash browns and top with Velveeta. (You can shred or cube cheese on top, too.) Put in preheated oven and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted and brown. It is excellent reheated.
