Chinese Chicken Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut in thin strips
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. cooked rice, cooled
    1/4 c. chopped green onion with tops
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    3/4 c. salad dressing
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Blend soy sauce, mustard and oil.
    Add chicken and toss to coat.
    Let stand 30 minutes.
    Stir in rice, vegetables, eggs and salad dressing.
    Spoon onto beds of lettuce.
    Top with noodles.
