Busy Day Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. stew meat
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 can mushroom stems and pieces (with juice)
1/2 c. diced onions or to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and place in a baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours. Stir occasionally.
