Corn Cruncher Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. corn oil margarine, softened
    3 Tbsp. fructose
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 c. flour, unsifted
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. cornflake crumbs
    1 c. quick oats
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream margarine with fructose, brown sugar, vanilla and egg. Mix soda and salt with flour and stir into creamed mixture.
    Stir in cornflake crumbs, oats and coconut.
    Roll in balls and flatten with glass dipped in flour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
