Pork Chops And Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced (optional)
    6 lean pork chops
Preparation
    Combine contents of box, soup, water and water chestnuts in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Trim any fat off pork chops and arrange on top of rice mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
