Swedish Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom or tomato soup
    1 can water
    2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions.
    Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased casserole dish and bake covered for 1 1/2 hours or until rice is done at 350\u00b0.
