Holiday Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Blend brown and white sugars, Crisco oil and salt together until whipped lightly.
    Add eggs.
    Add sifted flour and soda, alternating with milk.
    Add cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, pecans and coconut.
    Pour into lightly-greased and floured Bundt or tube pan. Bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    This cake may be lightly sprinkled with confectioners sugar after baked.
