Cream Puffs(Zavareni Bulochki) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

200 grams flour
100 grams butter
5 to 7 eggs
1 glass water
Preparation

In saucepan, boil water and butter with pinch of salt.
Take off flame when starts to boil and add flour slowly, stirring constantly with wooden spoon.
Return mixture to low flame and cook dough until it leaves sides of pan.
Stir constantly; cool. Beat in eggs 1 at a time well after each addition.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, then lower to 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 and bake until golden brown.
Do not open oven door while baking.
Fill with your favorite filling.
