Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    4 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. plain flour
    3 very ripe bananas
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Dissolve soda in buttermilk.
    Beat eggs and add sugar, oil, soda and salt.
    Mix well and add flour, bananas and nuts.
    Add vanilla after all is mixed well.
    Pour in loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes, until done.
