Cauliflower Saute With Lemon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cauliflower
    olive oil
    salt and pepper
    fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Wash cauliflower and soak in salted cold water for 1 hour. Drain; cut into flowerets.
    Cover with fresh, cold, salted water and cook slightly.
    Flowerets should be firm.
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
    Add drained flowerets.
    Saute quickly, turning to brown on all sides.
    Place in serving dish; season with salt and pepper.
    Add lemon juice.
    Makes 4 servings.
