Chicken In Mustard-Caper Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. capers, drained
    1/4 c. heavy cream or evaporated milk
Preparation
    Melt 1 tablespoon butter with oil in frying pan.
    Brown chicken breasts that have been seasoned with salt and pepper and lightly floured.
    Cover and cook on low until tender, 30 minutes. Remove chicken.
    Add remaining 3 tablespoons of butter to the pan drippings.
    Mix in wine, mustard, Worcestershire and capers; stir briskly to blend and heat until bubbly.
    Stir in cream and heat; do not boil.
    Pour over chicken and serve.
    Makes 2 servings.
