Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Corn Bread mix
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. bell peppers
    1/2 c. banana pepper with juice
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated Longhorn cheese
    1/2 c. oil (in bottom of cup or skillet)
Preparation
    Mix and pour into heated skillet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until browned and done in the middle.
