Christmas Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
6 apples
1 c. cranberries
1 c. chopped dates or raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Peel, core and slice apples in bowl; add cranberries, dates and spices.
Stir in flour.
In saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
Stir in fruit mixture.
Simmer on low 10 minutes.
Cool slightly; stir in nuts.
Spread into prepared crust.
Enjoy!
