Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 5 c. broccoli or cauliflower
4 small cans chicken broth
1/2 gal. milk (I use 2%)
2 medium onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
Velveeta cheese (1/4 to 1/2 lb.)
salt and pepper to taste
parsley
Preparation

Chop vegetables (chop broccoli medium size).
Steam all until slightly tender; drain.
Place in 4-quart pot and add broth and milk.
Season to taste.
Bring to a boil and add the cheese.
Soup will thicken.
Tastes better made a day ahead.
