Baked Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Maine scallops
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/4 c. catsup (optional)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    dash of lemon pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cut large scallops in half.
    Combine scallops, cracker crumbs, margarine, catsup, salt, sugar and lemon pepper.
    Place in shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole or other serving dish.
    Drizzle top with butter.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Place under broiler if needed to brown.
