Ingredients

2 1/4 c. margarine
2 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. molasses
4 eggs, well beaten
9 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
8 oz. shredded coconut
1 lb. chopped walnuts
1 lb. raisins
2 c. milk
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add molasses and eggs.
Sift dry ingredients.
Combine with coconut, raisins and nuts.
Add flour mixture alternately with milk to shortening mixture.
Drop by tablespoon on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 approximately 10 minutes.
Makes 200 cookies.
